Room Change Policy
If you wish to upgrade to a higher-value room type, an additional charge will be applied based on the price difference at the time of the request. The pricing varies depending on the hotel and the room type.
If you request to downgrade to a lower-value room type, no refund.
Check-in Date Change Policy
If you wish to change your check-in date before 3 days of check-in time, it will depend on the room availability.
If you wish to change your check-in date within 3 days of check-in time, we cannot fulfill your request and will remain your original reservation.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your room reservation 03 days before the check-in date, a full refund will be provided.
If you cancel your room reservation within 03 days of the check-in date, a 100% fee of the total room price will be charged.
If you have made a room reservation but no-show and Lặng Homestay – Phong Điền Riverside has yet to receive any information about your cancellation, no refund.
All rooms are guaranteed on the day of arrival. In the case of a no-show, your room(s) will be released and you will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Cancellation/ No-show Policy specified at the time you made the booking as well as noted in the Confirmation Email.
For any booking cancellations during public holidays or the Lunar New Year in the current year (in accordance with Vietnam’s regulations), a cancellation fee of 100% of the total room cost will apply.
After canceling a room reservation, we will inform the Guest about the details of the services and costs associated with the cancellation, including any refund amount, if applicable. If a refund is due to the Guest, we will process the refund via bank transfer to the provided bank account. The refund process takes up to 15 – 30 working days (depending on the beneficiary bank), and the Guest will not incur any fees for this refund transaction.
Extension Policy
If guests wish to extend their stay, Lặng Homestay – Phong Điền Riverside will apply the room rate at the time of extension. Rates may vary depending on the period and room availability.
